Cuisine during a summer holiday in the Hotel Truyenhof:

  • In the morning from 7:30 to 10.00, an extensive buffet breakfast with hot dishes, freshly prepared omelettes and egg dishes, smoked salmon, the finest jams and honey, fresh fruit, delicious regional treats and baked goods freshly made every day.
  • Put together your own packed lunch for hikes and excursions
  • From 14.00 to 17.00 in the afternoon, wellness snack with cakes, snacks, coffee and tea
  • In the evening from 18:30, 5-course evening menu with three different mains to choose from (which includes a vegetarian menu; salads and soups from the buffet)
  • Cuisine to suit dietary requirements, e.g. for coeliacs and anyone who has a lactose intolerance. You too can enjoy a feast here with us. Our Head Chef is happy to tailor the menu to include gluten-free and lactose-free options (when ordered in advance)
  • Dessert buffet once a week
  • Delicious menus or buffets for children in the evening
