Key facts about a holiday in the Hotel Truyenhof in Ried
We have compiled all the key information about booking, prices and your stay in the hotel here.
Arrival and departure
- Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day you are due to arrive.
- On the day you are due to depart, we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.00.
Reservation and deposit
Reservations are only approved when they are effected in writing, in conjunction with a deposit. To make your reservation binding we would ask for a deposit/transfer of 30% per room. In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be retained and used as credit towards your next holiday.

Cancellation
Please note that cancellations can only be effected in writing.
Terms and conditions of Austria's Hotel Regulations apply to cancellations and early departure:
- Up to three months before the day you are due to arrive, the accommodation contract can be terminated upon payment of a € 25 processing fee per booking.
- For cancellations effected up to 14 days before your arrival, a fee of 50% of the package price is to be paid.
- Cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged 90% of the package price.
- Up to seven days before you are due to arrive you also have the option to implement a one-off re-booking for the season already booked. After this re-booking, any cancellation fee will be 90% (only upon availability).
Travel insurance
We recommend you take out hotel cancellation insurance when you are making a booking. Any cancellation costs incurred in the event of accident or illness of the insured party or their family before they are due to go on holiday, or during their stay, will then be covered. We are happy to provide further information when you make your booking.

General information:
- Room with breakfast
Should you only want a room and breakfast, € 20 per person will be deducted from the respective room price. - Short stay surcharge
€ 10 per day and person for a stay of up to three days. - Adult discount for an additional person staying in a room
All our family rooms provide enough space for a third or fourth adult, whereby there is a 20% discount for a third or fourth person. - Child discount
When staying in their parents’ room (two adults paying full price) a child discount is provided, as per our price list. - Payment
Please pay your bill with cash (Euro), debit card, VISA or MASTERCARD at check-out. - Dogs on request
You may bring your four-legged friend with you, upon providing advance notice.
Please note that we charge a fee to cover costs for your pooch. Price without feed is € 25 per day. Defilement and damages will be charged separately, with the charge dependant on the scope. Please bring a dog blanket or basket with you.
