In this lovely, gentle, far-reaching practice, the emphasis is on Yin. Letting go, living in the ‘now’ and embracing all the sensations you perceive in the moment through passively and gently holding moves for three to seven minutes. Be guided to inner peace in this wonderful practice & open yourself to a tranquil space.
Learning to lengthen and guide your breath is a special gift that will make your life healthier, more tranquil, calmer and more conscious. Guided meditation and breathing techniques / Pranayama will bring a new relationship to yourself - your own self. Through regular practice you learn how to free yourself from the negative, consolidating abundance, joy, happiness, love and health.
Effective exercises yield a supple, healthy back and relaxed neck. Exercises for loose, mobile shoulders. A variety-packed, interesting programme to finally declare war on our back problems and tensions. We also learn different stretching exercises which ensure our deep muscle layers and fascia stay supple and elastic.
